BUILD TO ENDURE. DESIGNED TO IMPRESS.

MAKPLY PLYWOOD

Plyboards are engineered panels made from thin sheets of wood veneers. These are widely preferred and extensively employed for interior design solutions owing to their flexible and sturdy nature, as also their economic benefits. The high tensile strength of Plywood ensures resistance to snapping, shrinking, and warping.

Plywood production is a steadily moving industry that has great scalability in terms of innovation and development with each passing day.

Even with such a favorable industry backdrop, at MAKPLY, we adopt the best standardized system among those available to attain and secure its global value. Each composition leading up to the final product is sealed off with top-notch quality.

Crafted for longevity, designed for distinction.

PRIME TIMBER

MAKPLY veneers a r e sourced from completely mature hardwood and Gurjan timber. These species are considered to possess organically high-impact resistance to moisture, microbes, and borers. This ensures that all MAKPLY products are stronger than other regular hardwood varieties.

RESIN TREATMENT

The adhesive used in MAKPLY constitutes the very core of its superior quality. The indigenous, in-house, resin/ adhesive formula used acts as a further shield against destructive pest activity. As a direct result, therefore, the ply layers are held together in a firm bond, while still being active against every kind of infestation.

QUADPRESS TECHNOLOGY

MAKPLY Specializes in the careful treatment of veneers by vacuum and pressure and processed with sophisticated, state of the art QuadPress Technology. The first stage is to submit to a Pre-press unit which helps in laying a strong base. This is followed by three more steps of compressing that ensure a solid finish.

CALIBRATION

At MAKPLY, we realized the Calibration advantage quite early on, and, as such, have invested significantly in procuring, installing, and commissioning calibrator machinery since 2016-17. Today, we bring out plywood sheets as calibrated f o r all thicknesses above 6 mm. Calibration provides for uniform thickness across the panel. This is achieved by calibrating it in state-of-the-art, high-end, plywood calibrator machines. The singular advantage granted by plyboards having uniform thickness is that this quality makes them ideal panel products for use by fully mechanized and automated furniture manufacturing units.
